Applications
Detergent, equivalent to Nonidet P-40. For solubilizing membrane proteins, IGEPAL® CA-630 is used as a detergent in paper industry, hand cleaners, metal cleaners. It is suitable for solubilization, isolation and purification of membrane protein complexes and in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.
