Applications
Tween 20 blocking buffer solution is used as a washing agent in immunoassays, such as western blots and ELISAs. It helps to prevent non-specific antibody binding. The buffer is used for washes between each immunoreactions, to remove unbound immunological, and eventually for incubation solutions of immunoreagents to reduce unspecific background.
Notes
J61544 is 10X and the concentration of Tween-20 in this is 1%. The final concentration of Tween 20 in 1X buffer will be 0.1%.
