Applications
6X DNA Loading Buffer is a pre-mixed solution used to prepare DNA markers and samples for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It is a pre-mixed loading buffer containing two different dyes xylene cyanol FF for visual tracking of DNA migration during agarose gel electrophoresis.
Notes
No Xylene cyanol FF. Contains 0.25% bromophenol blue, 30% glycerol.
