| Preparation Method | Dissolve 47.6 g of the medium in 900 mL of deionized or distillled water. Add 8 mL of 50% glycerol. Mix well until evenly dispersed. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute. Adjust final volume to 1000 mL. Sterilize in autoclave at 121 °C (15 lbs psi) for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Store at 4 °C. |
