It is also used to prepare the stop solution in dephosphorylation assay of insulin receptor kinase. It serves as a reagent in the development of matrix Chip that utilizes surface-immobilized antibodies. Further, it is utilized for the preservation of protein tyrosyl phosphorylation state in cells and cell lysates.
