Applications
Laemmli SDS sample buffer is used for protein sample preparation, which is used in the Laemmli SDS-PAGE system. It is a widely used system for protein electrophoresis. Further, it is employed in the polyacrylamide gel analysis of proteins. In addition to this, it is utilized to reduce disulfide bonds in order to denature proteins.

Contains 250mM Tris-HCl(pH 6.8), 8% SDS, 40% glycerol, 8% beta-mercaptoethanol, and 0.02% bromophenol blue.Store in a cool place. Incompatible with oxidizing agents.
