Applications
The soybean trypsin inhibitor has been tested for cell culture Application. It has been used in a study to assess the potential application in animal cell culture of an alkaline protease from a non-toxigenic mangrove isolate of Vibri sp. V26. It has also been used in a study to improve the detection of fungi in eosinophilic mucin. It is an inhibitor of trypsin factor Xa, plasmin and neutrophil elastase.
Notes
Stable under recommended storage conditions. Incompatible with oxidizing agents and heat.
