Applications
Sulindac inhibits the NF-κB pathway. Sulindac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Sulindac reduces the level and activity of several cyclin-dependent kinases and induces apoptosis. It is an antitumor agent. Sulindac is an inhibitor of Cox-1 and Cox-2.
