Sodium n-dodecyl sulfate 20% aq. solution is used as an anionic surfactant. It is also used as fat emulsifier, a wetting agent, a detergent in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and toothpastes. It also serves as a research tool in protein biochemistry. It is mainly used in detergents for laundry with many cleaning Application.
